During your appointment, you have our undivided attention. Our entire team is focused on getting to know each patient and providing the highest quality dental care. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
We recognize that emergency situations arise and we will do our best to respond promptly. If you have an emergency and we are out of the office, Dr. Simmons or a partner will be available 24 hours a day. Please do not hesitate to call us at (770) 985-2437.
We ask patients to pay for their first visit and all treatment under $200.00 at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage. We will file your claim and have benefits paid directly to you. We are pleased to offer you the convenience of using credit cards in addition to checks or cash. We accept Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and CitiHealth.
We are sensitive to your financial needs as well as your dental needs and commit to give each patient the best quality dental care that we can. In order to help you receive the dental care you want and need, we will be happy to make financial arrangements for more extensive treatments and procedures.
